Jinggong Group Establishes Two Subsidiaries in Morocco for Metal Construction and Logistics
Chinese industrial group Changjiang & Jinggong Steel Building Group, a specialist in metal frameworks, prefabricated buildings, and steel structures, has established two new subsidiaries in Morocco: Jinggong Industrial Building North Africa and MB Building Morocco. The move provides the company with a permanent base to sell, construct, and install its equipment in the Kingdom.
The Shanghai-listed group indirectly controls 99.7% of Jinggong Industrial Building North Africa and 99.5% of MB Building Morocco, the latter being a sub-subsidiary under the MB Building System branch. Both companies have a capital of 100,000 Moroccan Dirhams each. Jinggong Industrial Building North Africa, headquartered in Casablanca, covers metal construction, building works, sales, installation, and import-export.
MB Building Morocco falls under the MB Building System branch, specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings, steel frameworks, roofing, and industrial envelopes. Jinggong already uses this brand in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
The industrial branch behind Jinggong Industrial Building North Africa operates eight manufacturing bases in China, producing frameworks, covering elements, and systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Clients include the semiconductor, automotive, auto parts, electronics, mechanical equipment, agrifood, pharmaceutical, warehousing, and power generation sectors.
